Português: Assim como outros organismos as plantas são objetos de estudos da ciência, o ramo responsável por estuda-las é a botânica. As plantas fornecem uma variedade recursos a humanidade como para medicina, agronegócio e setor madeireiros, além de fornecer informações que permite compreender o surgimento da vida na terra. English: Like other organisms, plants are objects of science studies, the branch responsible for studying them is botany. Plants provide a variety of resources to mankind such as medicine, agribusiness and logging sector, as well as providing information that allows understanding the emergence of life on earth.
