Nederlands: Bronzen gedenkplaat ter nagedachtenis van medewerkers van de Nederlandse Spoorwegen die ten tijde van de Tweede Wereldoorlog om het leven zijn gekomen.
Onder de namen is een afbeelding van een gevleugeld wiel aangebracht. Dit is het voormalige symbool van de Nederlandse Spoorwegen. Het gedenkteken is een uniforme plaquette die is aangebracht in 110 Nederlandse stationsgebouwen. De namen van de omgekomen personeelsleden staan ook vermeld op het 'Monument voor het Gevallen Spoorwegpersoneel' te Utrecht. De gedenkplaat is bevestigd aan een stalen plaat in de stationshal van het Centraal Station te Rotterdam, nabij de ingang aan de voorzijde en achter de lift naar het metroplatform.English: Bronze plaque in memory of members of the Dutch Railways whom were killed at the time of the Second World War.
Underneath the names is an image of a winged wheel. This is the former symbol of the Dutch Railways. The memorial is a uniform plaque mounted in 110 Dutch railway stations. The names of the deceased personnel are also listed on the "Monument to Fallen Railway Employees' in Utrecht, The Netherlands. The plaque is attached to a steel plate in the main concourse of the Rotterdam Central Station, near the entrance to the front and behind the lift to the subway platform.
