English: Supplementary Movie 2 Lifeact-GFP mouse platelets spreading on fibrinogen and imaged in TIRF (left panel; green) and Epi (right panel; magenta). Laser power and detector gain setting kept constant with rapid switching between TIRF and Epi modes. Boxed region indicates the representative nodule described in Figure 6e & f. Scale bar = 5μm.
