Español: Monumento a la Aviación en la plaza del mismo nombre, continuación hacia el oriente del parque Balmaceda, Providencia, Santiago de Chile. La escultura es obra de los arquitectos René Orellana (Santiago, 27.02.1943) y Beatriz Silva. Realizada en acero, tiene 51 metros de largo y 14 toneladas de peso; fue inaugurada en 1980 en conmemoración de los 50 años de la Fuerza Aérea de Chile. |
