Description
English: Mitosis is Extremely Delayed in Cells with Multiple Inclusions Video of an O23 cell expressing an EGFP-tagged polyglutamine-expanded huntingtin fragment (EGFP-HDQ74) with an aggresome that subsequently forms other inclusions, especially in the nucleus. The cell enters mitosis and completes cytokinesis, but compared to cells with a single aggresome (Figure 3 and Videos S1 and S2), cytokinesis is severely delayed. Images were taken at 10-min intervals, and the frame rate is two images per second. The video corresponds to Figure 3D.
