English: Reconstructed police uniform of Norway (in union with Denmark) Model 1796: leather boots, trousers, frock/coat, waistcoat, bicorne hat. Items described in Norwegian by the museum here (rekonstruert politiuniform som beskrevet 1796, med lembrok, rød våpenfrakk/våpenkjole/skjøtefrakk), tosnutet hatt/snutehatt 1808, Christian VIIs monogram på brystet). Also other 19th-century police uniforms of Norway. Photo taken on April 10th, 2019 at the Norwegian National Museum of Justice (Norwegian: Justismuseet) in Trondheim.
