Description
Čeština: Schematická mapka politických a soudních okresů v zemi České a Moravskoslezské k roku 1938.

Každý politický okres zahrnuje jeden či více okresů soudních (kromě okresu Moravský Beroun je vždy v sídle politického okresu i sídlo okresního soudu). Zvláštními výjimkami jsou:

  • Praha – hlavní město Praha obsahuje celé soudní okresy Vnitřní Praha (1) a Praha-jih (2) a části soudních okresů Praha-východ (3a), Praha-sever (4a) a Praha-západ (5a), jejich zbývající části (3b, 4b a 5b) tvoří spolu se soudním okresem Zbraslav politický okres Praha-venkov;
  • Brno – zemské hlavní město Brno obsahuje celý soudní okres Brno-město (6) a část soudního okresu Brno-okolí (7a), jeho zbývající část (7b) tvoří spolu se soudním okresem Ivančice politický okres Brno-venkov;
  • Olomouc – soudní okres Olomouc je tvořen městem Olomouc (8a) a politickým okresem Olomouc-venkov (8b);
  • Hlučín – politický okres Hlučín obsahuje severní část soudního okresu Klimkovice (9) a naopak západní část soudního okresu Hlučín (10) spadá pod politický okres Opava.
Příslušnost soudních okresů do obvodů jednotlivých krajských soudů je znázorněna v souboru Soudní okresy 1930.png.
