Français : Quatre exemples de balles de type différent dont 3 sont 'sans plomb' et de leur impact dans des blocs de "savon balistique". Ce qui reste de la balle sortante est représentés par les petites photos 'incrustées' dans les images.

(B) Brennecke TAG sans plomb (TAG).
(C) Sans plomb Barnes TSX (TSX).
(D) Norma Volcano (NVU) à base de plomb.
Rem : la cavité produite par la balle sans plomb est la plus profonde. Cette étude a confirmé "qu'il existe des différences considérables entre les balles sans plomb en ce qui concerne la conversion de l'énergie en volume, le nombre de fragments et la forme de la cavité. Fait intéressant, la balle TSX sans plomb est remarquablement similaire à la balle NVU contenant du plomb dans tous les paramètres que nous avons quantifiés, à l'exception du nombre de fragments".
