Italiano: Il modello rappresenta un ponte girevole su un corso d'acqua costituito da una serie di assi inchiodate su sei barche. Due parapetti proteggono il passaggio. Il ponte è collegato alla banchina da un perno e da una corda mossa da un argano. La banchina è costituita da una rientranza palificata (così come gli argini del fiume).

Il ponte poteva essere costruito con barche o botti e, mediante l'uso di un apposito argano mosso da terra, poteva essere alloggiato in un'apposita nicchia ricavata nell'argine di un fiume. L'apertura avviene sfruttando la naturale corrente del fiume. Questo sistema era pensato per fiumi con acque tranquille.
