Portrait de profil de Jean-Michel Chambon-La Tour (1739-1815), homme politique de nationalité française. Il siégea en tant que député du Tiers-État à l'Assemblée nationale constituante du 30 mars 1789 au 30 septembre 1791 pour la sénéchaussée de Nîmes et Beaucaire puis du 20 mai 1793 au 26 octobre 1795 en tant que député du Gard faisant partie du groupe politique des montagnards. Il fut également maire de la ville d'Uzès (Gard) de 1787 à 1790.
