Deutsch: Das Entrée des von Hugo Mandeltort geplanten Hauses Porzellangasse 39-43. Das Haus wäre auch ohne seine bekannten Bewohner: Meta Menz, Hermann Nunberg und Susi Weigel (Porzellangasse 39), Franz von Zülow (Porzellangasse 41) und Adolf Josef Storfer (Porzellangasse 43) einen eigenen Artikel wert. siehe z.B.: Alfred Wolfs 9 Wege im 9.: "Gegenüber der Abzweigung der Pramergasse ist PORZELLANGASSE 39-43 der Straßenhof aus den Jahren 1912/13 nicht zu übersehen. Er ist (wie auch Porzellangasse 9) ein Werk des Architekten Hugo Manhardt (eigentlich Mandeltort). Er baute im Mischstil aus barocken und secessionistischen Schmuckelementen. Bei - wie hier - großen, aus mehreren Parzellen bestehenden Baukomplexen wählte er die Form des Straßenhofes, bei dem zwischen symmetrischen Seitentrakten ein von der Straßenflucht zurückweichender Bauteil steht. Dadurch bildet sich ein sackgassenförmiger Hof, dessen historisches Vorbild die Palastfront mit Ehrenhof ist. Ein weiterer Vorteil waren längere Fensterfronten an der von den Mietern bevorzugten Straßenseite. Die Entrées sind mit Marmor verkleidet, die Stiegenhäuser besitzen farbige Glasfenster. Der Straßenhof steht an der Stelle des stattlichen Einkehrwirtshauses "Zum goldenen Schiff". Porzellangasse 41 wohnte zwölf Jahre lang Franz Zülow, eine herausragende Künstlerpersönlichkeit des Jugendstils und Expressionismus. Er arbeitete für die Wiener Werkstätte, entwickelte eine Papierschnitt-Schablonendrucktechnik, schuf Ölbilder, farbenfrohe Holz- und Linolschnitte, Stoff- und Tapetenentwürfe und wurde dafür mehrfach ausgezeichnet.
