Deutsch: Postdeglutitive Aspiration nach laryngealer Penetration in der Schluckuntersuchung mit Kontrastmittel (isoton) bei ausgeprägter funktioneller Störung der pharyngealen Schluckfunktion. Das Kontrastmittel trat intradeglutitiv in den nicht ausreichend nach oben und vorne bewegten Larynx ein. Die Glottis ist jetzt wieder geöffnet, so dass es zur echten Aspiration kommt. Zudem ist eine vermehrte hypopharyngeale Retention zu sehen. |
