Pośrodku rozległy plac ze boiskiem - przyszły Park Kasprowicza z halą Areny. Powyżej po prawej - koszary na ulicy Ułańskiej. Na lewo od nich Park Manitiusa.

Na lewo od boiska, plac pod przyszłe obiekty Wojskowego Klubu Sportowego Grunwald-Poznań.
