Čeština: Plukovník Josef Churavý (* 1894 – † 1942) (brigádní generál in memoriam). Příslušník československých legií v Rusku. Za protektorátu byl jednou z nejvýznamnějších postav II. odboje, kde působli jako čelný představitel ilegální vojenské organizace "Obrana národa". Spolupracovník zpravodajsko - sabotážní skupiny "Tři králové" (Balabán, Mašín, Morávek). Josef Churavý v hodnosti podplukovníka generálního štábu jako jeden z pedagogů válečné školy na horní části tabla absolventů, (třída) ročník XIII. (1931 až 1934), Praha. (V hodnosti podplukovníka generálního štábu byl Josef Churavý od 26. března 1931 do 1. ledna 1937.)
English: Colonel Josef Churavý (* 1894 – † 1942) (Brigadier General in memoriam). A member of the Czechoslovak legions in Russia. In time of the protectorate was one of the most important persons of anti-nazi resistance. He worked as the leading representative of the illegal military organization "Defence of the Nation". Coworker of the intelligence - sabotage group named "Three Kings" (Balabán, Mašín, Morávek). Josef Churavý in the rank of lieutenant colonel of the General Staff as one of the educators at school of war. In the rank of Lieutenant Colonel of the General Staff was Josef Churavý from March 26, 1931 to January 1, 1937. Photo from the top of tableau of graduates, Class XIII. (1931 - 1934), Prague.
