Português: ABERTURA DA PRAÇA DO PATRIARCA EM 1922.

A Praça do Patriarca recém aberta em Abril de 1922, vemos as carroças retirando o entulho das últimas demolições . Observe que ao mesmo tempo foi demolido os imóveis que dariam espaço para a Construção do Prédio Lutétia aqui na esquerda.. O Prédio que abrigaria a CASA FRETIN em término de obras cheia de tapumes com propagandas. Pela primeira vez vemos a Rua da Quitanda neste ângulo, afinal está rua termina bem alí

O MAPPIN Stores com sua fachada toda escurecida do incêndio semanas antes, vemos o terceiro e o quarto ainda completamente destruídos e sem o telhado.
