Description
English: Prefabs on Eldon Street, Chatham These houses have lasted remarkably well, considering they were just intended as a short term fix to a housing shortage after World War 2. I don't expect to see them here in a few more years -- prefabs tend to get demolished nowadays so higher density housing can be put onto the site.
