Description
Italiano: "Il Premio Suzzara nacque nel 1948. Lo inventò Dino Villani, uno dei padri della pubblicità in Italia, con il sostegno appassionato del sindaco d'allora, Tebe Mignoni, e dello scrittore, poeta e cineasta Cesare Zavattini. Si distinse subito come "Premio d'Arte" dalle analoghe iniziative del tempo per due ragioni: la composizione della giuria, che doveva valutare e premiare le opere d'arte presentate, e il carattere dei premi. La giuria, da regolamento, non doveva essere composta soltanto da esperti come galleristi, storici e critici d'arte, giornalisti , ma anche da un operaio, un impiegato e un contadino. I premi erano messi a disposizione dai contadini e dagli operai di Suzzara, e da tutte le forze produttive del territorio".
