English: President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo is briefed by Public Works and Highways Secretary Hermogenes Ebdane on the features of the 1.5 to 2-kilometer viaduct and other road related projects after she formally inaugurated it Saturday (May 30, 2009) at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Expressway Skyway Flyover Ramp 4 in Pasay City. The NAIA Expressway Flyover connects the existing Metro Manila Skyway and South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) with the NAIA Paseenger Terminals via elevated roadway or viaducts.
