中文：蔡英文總統今（19）日午間在寓所宴請美國出席我國第16任總統暨副總統就職典禮特使團，歡迎並感謝訪賓來臺展現美國對臺灣的友好支持，總統表示，相信接續的執政團隊加入新成員後，將讓臺灣的實力更加堅強。

總統於餐敘時感謝特使團來臺，展現美國一直以來對臺灣的支持，也很高興能如同朋友一般，討論雙方共同關切的議題。總統說，雖然即將卸任，但她很高興新任政府的領導人來自同樣的政府團隊，將有助於各項重要國政的持續推動，也相信未來執政團隊加入新成員後，實力將更加堅強。

訪團成員肯定臺灣順利完成總統大選，並再次感謝蔡總統過去8年來的貢獻，他們有信心賴總統當選人未來執政將延續蔡總統的政策，持續提升臺美友好關係。

訪團成員包括美國前國務卿阿米塔吉（Richard Armitage）、前白宮國家經濟會議總監迪斯（Brian Deese）、布魯金斯研究院非常駐資深研究員卜睿哲（Richard Bush）、美國在台協會（AIT）主席羅森柏格（Laura Rosenberger）等，由外交部長吳釗燮、AIT台北辦事處處長孫曉雅（Sandra Oudkirk）陪同，前來寓所與總統餐敘，總統府秘書長林佳龍、國家安全會議秘書長顧立雄也在座。
