Description Mohamed el-Beltagy, a Muslim Brotherhood member running for the lower house of parliament as an independent, campaigns in his district in the Shobra el-Khaima neighborhood of Cairo two days before the parliamentary election. Beltagy, like the other 129 Brotherhood candidates, did not win his race.
