English: Primitive woodland The woodland between Barnhill and Kinuachdrachd are believed to be remnants of the original widespread forests in Jura. Here the path enters the wood just south of Kinuachdrachd Harbour. In the distance are the farmhouse at Kinuachdrachd (where George Orwell stayed in 1945 before moving to Barnhill) and the island of Scarba beyond. |
