Català: Tècnica mixta sobre tela

Aquesta obra s’emmarca dins el Cicle dels naufragis en el que treballà l’artista durant els primers anys de la dècada de 1980. Recuperant a la vegada el tema de les profanacions, del qual realitzà una sèrie de quadres a finals de 1967. L’obra segueix les característiques d’aquest cicle, amb una gran figura femenina que ocupa pràcticament tot el quadre i figures al voltant. En aquest cas la temàtica marinera es fa palesa en les figures de mariners i pescadors, la representació de barques inclús a dins del cos de la dona i la pintura blanca esquitxada damunt de la tela que recorda l’escuma de les onades.
