Description

A now extinct type, L7519 was a twin engined Avro Manchester. On 13th May 1942 it was being operated by 50 squadron when it crashed near RAF Swinderby during a training flight. A single propeller blade from the crash site is on display in Hangar 1 Newark Air Museum Winthorpe, Nottinghamshire, UK
