English: This is a proposed cultural flag of the Southeast region of the U.S. state of Georgia, on a gold banner representing the initial Spanish exploration of present-day Georgia; followed by the red and black colors of Valdosta State University; and then white representing purity. One element used in this flag design is the Spanish Crown, and then the Spanish, British, Confederate, and U.S. flags under it representing the governments the region was under throughout its initial exploratory history to the present-day.
