17 NOVEMBRE 1945 : Accord avec le Roi Sihanouk sur la réouverture des postes civiles au Cambodge. Le reste des timbres locaux d'Indochine (à l'exception des timbres «Pétain» et «Secours National»), puis les timbres arrivés de Paris seront utilisés.

A la fin 1945, le courrier des militaires français au Cambodge est, la plupart du temps, sur formulaire militaire britannique.

Un cachet provisoire de confection locale 29/15mm «fleuron PHNOM-PENH fleuron / CAMBODGE // ★(avec ou sans quantième du mois)» est utilisé en novembre et décembre.

Formulaire aérogramme britannique en franchise envoyé par un lieutenant du Commissariat de la République à Phnom Penh pour Brest, oblitéré du cachet local «fleuron PHNOM-PENH fleuron / CAMBODGE // » 29/11/1945 et cachet de transit Saigon Principal 30/11/45
