Español: La presidenta Cristina Fernández de Kirchner recibió esta noche en su despacho de Casa de Gobierno el Proyecto de Reforma, Actualización e Integración del Código Penal, de manos de los miembros de la Comisión creada por Decreto por el Poder Ejecutivo Nacional, para su elaboración.

El trabajo fue elaborado por los miembros de dicha comsión conformada por el ministro de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Eugenio Zaffaroni; los diputados nacionales por el radicalismo, Ricardo Gil Lavedra, y por el PRO, Federico Pinedo; la delegada de la Gobernación de la provincia de Santa Fe en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, María Elena Barbagelata; y el especialista León Arslanian. Los mismos desempeñan sus cargos “ad honorem”, según fue fijado en el decreto de conformación de la comisión.

Acompañaron a la Jefa de Estado el ministro de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, Julio Alak y el secretario de Justicia, Julián Alvarez y el secretario Legal y Técnico de la Presidencia, Carlos Zannini.
