English: The text and the picture talk about the mofongo and the plantains in Puerto Rico. This comes from a little booklet the US government published in the 1980s while Romero Barceló was governor. It was meant to attract tourism to the island. There is no copyright restrictions, and no writer nor photographer is attributed authorship.
