English: Pulford Brook A bend in the Pulford Brook drainage ditch showing the raised banks. An old cast iron sluice mechanism can be seen on the right just beyond the fence. The brook drains into the River Dee and when the low-lying farm land floods, the modern pumping station in SJ4057 can lift the flood water into the ditch. |
