Commanded by Captain Ernesto Marcos Henson, the ship is in its 44th training trip and visited Punta del Este in Uruguay under Candles event, which brings together several boats. The frigate was under judicial attachment levied by vulture funds in Ghana, in October 2012, by which the ship remained stranded for 77 days, until it was released by anInternational Court of Mar ruling. Al mando del Capitán de Navío Marcos Ernesto Henson, a fragata se encuentra en su viaje de instrucción número 44 y visitó Punta del Este en el marco del evento Velas Uruguay, que reúne a varias embarcaciones. La fragata fue sometida a embargo judicial trabado por fondos buitre en Ghana, en octubre de 2012, por el cual la fragata permaneció varada durante 77 días, hasta que fue liberada por un fallo del Tribunal Internacional del Mar.
