На форуме «Жизнь народу моему!», посвященном памяти жертв Освенцима, Президент России призвал мировое сообщество помнить жестокие уроки прошлого и совместно бороться с такими современными угрозами, как антисемитизм, национализм, а также терроризм. Необходимо сделать все, чтобы Холокост не повторился. Никто не имеет права быть равнодушным к ксенофобии, расовой нетолерантности. Глава государства пообещал, что Россия будет бороться с подобными проявлениями силой закона и общественного мнения. Владимир Путин особо подчеркнул роль советских войск в освобождении Освенцима. Советские солдаты навсегда погасили печи Освенцима и других концлагерей, освободили Краков, 600 тысяч советских солдат отдали здесь свои жизни. |
