Side 1 "In loving memory of NATHANIEL PAINE BLAKER, M.R.C.S. born at SELMESTON 4th January 1835, died at HURSTPIERPOINT the 12th March 1920. Also of NATHENIEL GEORGE BLAKER, elder son of the above Born 13th February 1875. Died in PARIS 31st May 1939. Also of HERBERT HARRY BLAKER, younger son of the above, born at HURSTPIERPOINT 12th January 1881. Died at ANSTYE 18th January 1966." Side 2 "In loving memory of FANNY JANE, wife of NATHANIEL PAINE BLAKER, M.R.C.S. of BRIGHTON and daughter of JOHN OLIVER SMITH. Born 22nd August 1848. Died 26th March 1908.
