English: Translation of the Latin inscription: "This church dedicated to Saint Eugene I, which catholics from all over the world wanted to be built in order to show their gratitude against the angelic shepherd celebrating the 25th anniversary of his episcopate: Pope Pius XII, after having consecrated the main altar, solemnly inaugurated it June 2, in the year of salvation 1951."
