A rare, superb combination specimen of many sceptered quartz crystals dominating the skyline and beautifully complimented with contrasting, sharp lustrous sphalerite crystals. Sceptered quartz from the famous Alimon Mine of Huaron, Peru is very rare and this is an exceptional specimen from the locale from the Dr. Eugene Sensel and George Elling Collections. The note on the back of the Sensel label states that he bought the piece in 1988 from Dick Hauck.
