English: Edinburgh will be the focal point tomorrow for mourners and onlookers, with a service of reflection at St. Giles Cathedral for the life of The Queen.
Following this the Presiding Officer, Rt Hon. Alison Johnstone MSP, will welcome His Majesty The King and The Queen Consort to the Scottish Parliament. There will be a Motion of Condolence in the Chamber, at which the First Minister and other party leaders will be invited to pay their respects to Her Majesty The Queen, followed by an address from the newly proclaimed King. |
