Description
English:

Caption in album: The Spring. High up in the mountain side is this fountain, welling out of the very rocky bowels of the hills. Pure as crystal, it this spring. Cold, sparkling, vivifying. It is endowed with radio-activity, for in these mountains is a strange emanation, vitalizing, invigorating, imparting to the water a radium quality of great value to health. One never tires of drinking this water. The white water in the upper corner is the spring splashing into the pool, and the less distinct white mark is the "head" of the pipe. The water is piped to every part of the grounds, and also to the turbine which drives an electric generator and also operates the narrow-gauge railroad. PH Coll 169.22
