É na Quinta do Sanguinhal que hoje a família Pereira da Fonseca recebe e dá a conhecer um património único, dando ainda a provar os seus vinhos a milhares de visitantes por ano. Aqui se situa uma das mais antigas destilarias da região com vasos em cobre para a destilação de bagaços e duas colunas contínuas para a destilação de vinhos. Faz também parte do património desta quinta um dos maiores e antigos lagares, da Península Ibérica, com prensas de fuso e vara, a mais antiga das quais data de 1871.
