Description
English: Røldal Stave Church (Norwegian: Røldal stavkyrkje or Røldal stavkirke), a brown, wooden stave church built in built around the year 1250 in Røldal in Ullensvang Municipality in Norway. The church is a preserved historic museum, but it is still a regularly-used parish church. Backlight photo taken on a sunny day in April 2022, with snow on the ground on the surrounding cemetery, community and mountains.
