Deutsch: Obergermanisch-Rätischer Limes bei WP 14/6. Das Bild oben zeigt den Holzturmhügel. Nach den Markomannenkriegen (166-180) wurde er aufgegeben und durch den nahegelegenen 5,4 x 4,4 Meter durchmessenden Steinturm ersetzt. Als Besonderheit besaß der an die Limesmauer gebaute Hügel einen ebenerdigen Zugang. Die Limesmauer ist hier 1,2 Meter breit. Zerstört während der Alamanneneinfälle 259/60. Zustand im Juli 1997. |
