Description
Français : A Saint-Genou dans l'Indre, l'agence de l'eau Loire-Bretagne a financé l'arasement du seuil des Chaintres pour rétablir la continuité écologique, piscicole et sédimentaire de la rivière Indre.

Cette action s'est inscrite dans le cadre du premier contrat territorial porté par le Syndicat d'aménagement du bassin de l'Indre (SABI 36) .

Le tournage du film s'est déroulé en 3 phases : - été 2020 : état d'origine - septembre-octobre 2020 : travaux - printemps 2021 : la rivière retrouve son cours naturel

Résultats des travaux : -Suppression d’une hauteur de chute de 1,15 m. -Gain en écoulement libre de plus d’environ 1km de cours d’eau classé liste 2 -Rétablissement de la fonctionnalité du cours d’eau avec notamment une diversification des habitats.

-Rétablissement du transit sédimentaire à 100%.
