Română: Descrierea stemei:

Potrivit anexei nr. 1.4, stema comunei Olari se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat în furcă răsturnată. În interiorul scutului, în câmp auriu, se află două brăzdare negre, aşezate în pal. În partea superioară, în stânga, în câmp roşu, se află 3 spice de aur, aşezate în pal. În vârful scutului, în câmp albastru, se află un căprior de aur, alergând spre dreapta. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificaţiile elementelor însumate:

Spicele de grâu şi brăzdarele reprezintă una dintre ocupaţiile de bază ale locuitorilor, agricultura. Căpriorul simbolizează bogăţia cinegetică a zonei. Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
