Română: Descrierea stemei:

Stema comunei Beliş se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular, cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat de un brâu undat de argint.

În partea superioară, în câmp albastru, se află un monument de argint compus din două coloane paralele de formă paralelipipedică, având fiecare bază mai mare şi partea de sus subţiată, sculptate în treimea superioară interioară în formă de cruce; coloanele sunt aşezate pe un postament pe trei nivele în scară.

În partea inferioară, în câmp roşu, se află un uliu de aur.

Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint, cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificaţiile elementelor însumate

Monumentul face trimitere la monumentul eroilor din comună şi la vitejia locuitorilor.

Brâul undat reprezintă râul Someşul Cald, care traversează localitatea, iar uliul este o reflectare simbolică a bogăţiei faunei din zonă.

Coroana murală, cu un turn crenelat, semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
