Ingredient Quantity Milk 1 lit Maida 1tbs Fennel 1tsp Sugar for syrup Ghee for frying Procedure: 1. Prepare rabri by cooking milk on slow fire and continuous stirring. 2. Take 1 tbs of rabri add maida and sufficient water to make a poring consistency batter, add fennel 3. Heat ghee in a jalebi kadahi, pour 1 tbs of batter in centre, fry for golden brown malpua 4. Put in to syrup

5. Remove from syrup at the time of service and place on the bed of rabri, pour some rabri over the malpua, garnish with chopped dry fruits and saffron milk.
