Français : Ponton flottant constitué de modules de plastique, posé sur la Moyenne-Deûle (Lille, nord de la France) après la démolition du Pont levis du "Petit Paradis" et avant et pendant la construction d'un pont levant qui l'a remplacé. Ce barrage flottant a plusieurs fois causé une accumulation de flocs bactériens et après une inondation du parking voisin en construction lors de fortes pluies il a causé une accumulation de morceaux de bois utilisé comme mulch et emporté par l'inondation vers le cours d'eau. Il a aussi causé des accumulations d'algues filamenteuses et de lentilles d'eau. Photo prise de la berge droite en avril 2016
English: Floating dock made of plastic modules, placed on the Mid-Deûle River (Lille, Northern France) after the demolition of the Drawbridge "Little Paradise" and before and during the construction of a lift bridge that replaced it. This floating dock has repeatedly caused an accumulation of bacterial floc and after a flood of the nearby car park building during heavy rains has caused an accumulation of pieces of wood used as mulch and carried away by the flood into the rivers. It also caused accumulations of filamentous algae and duckweed. Photo taken from the right bank in April 2016 |
