Summary edit
DescriptionRailcar Repair Shed Remains, Shell Haven - geograph.org.uk - 325193.jpg |
English: Railcar Repair Shed Remains, Shell Haven The low walls are what is left of the two-road repair shed, a corrugated iron structure above this. The viewpoint is just inside what until the mid-fifties was the main gate to the site. The ramshackle arched structure is a pipe bridge over the gates of one of the two connections to BR lines, severed and fenced off. The concrete base right foreground was offices/canteen. In the distance are the bitumen loading stands. |
