Description
English: Railway Tracks into Liverpool Street Taken from the footbridge between Three Colts' Corner and Fleet Street Hill the former Great Eastern Railway makes its final approach to Liverpool Street Station.

Above the railway is the new rail bridge that is to carry the East London line's northern extension from Whitechapel to Shoreditch High Street where it will continue along the disused North London Railway that previously served Broad Street Station.

In the background (from left to right) are the 'Gherkin'. the 'NatWest Tower' (now bearing another name) the chimney stack at the old Truman's Brewery in Brick Lane and the new office building at Norton Folgate in Shoreditch.
