This dome style temple is very attractive. Some say that this temple was built by Vishnugupta, while others say that it was built by Jayasthiti Malla. In the main temple there is a large black stone statue of Rama. There are many other temples of Ram near this temple and there are other temples as well. There is also a Dharamshala in this Ram temple. In which sadhus, saints and the poor, beggars live, a special fair is held in this temple on the day of Ram Navami.
