English: Maj. Gen. Tomer Bar is promoted to the rank of major general before he takes over as head of the newly reformed Force Design Directorate on June 18, 2020.
עברית: הענקת דרגות אלוף לטל קלמן, ראש החטיבה האסטרטגית לשעבר, ולתומר בר, ראש מטה חיל האוויר לשעבר, כחלק מרה-ארגון של המטה הכללי והקמתם של אגף אסטרטגיה ומעגל שלישי ואגף התכנון ובניין הכוח הרב זרועי. טקס ההענקה נערך בבית בן גוריון בקריה בראשות שר הביטחון וראש הממשלה החליפי, מר בני גנץ, ראש המטה הכללי, רב-אלוף אביב כוכבי, מפקדים, בני משפחה ומוזמנים נוספים.
