JINHAE, Republic of Korea (Feb. 22, 2013) Rear Adm. Bill McQuilkin, commander of U.S. Naval Forces Korea, presents Hong Eun-Hye, "Mother of the Korean Navy", widow of Korea's first chief of naval operations Sohn Won-il, with a bouquet of flowers at the Republic of Korea (ROK) Naval Academy class of 2013 graduation. McQuilkin was among many U.S. military officers in attendance who showed their support for the newly commissioned ROK Naval Officers.
