Description
Deutsch: Rückseite einiger Grabsteine des dritten jüdischen Friedhofs in Schnaittach, Deutschland. Der Stil der Grabsteine entspricht dem des 19. Jahrhunderts und sie könnten auch auf einem christlichen Friedhof zu finden sein. Sie sind gen Osten (Lage von Jerusalem) gewandt, weil dort nach jüdischer Glaubensvorstellung die Auferstehung ihren Anfang nehmen wird.
English: The rear of some headstones in the Third Jewish Cemetery in Schnaittach, Germany. These 19th-century headstones are in a generic style that can also be found in Christian cemeteries. They face the east, the direction of Jerusalem (Jewish eschatology).
