Summary edit
DescriptionReaseheath Equestrian Centre- indoor arena (geograph 4315032).jpg |
English: Reaseheath Equestrian Centre: indoor arena. Reaseheath College Equestrian Centre's international standard indoor arena was opened in 2010 by HM The Queen, part of a £2.3m improvement of its equestrian facilities by the College. The jumps have been set up for the showjumping part of Combined Training, a competitive format featuring dressage and showjumping. Note that the far sides of the arena are surmounted by mirrors. Arena mirrors are recognised as a useful training aid to riders, able to see more clearly and immediately their own and the horse's movements. |
